Discovery Call
Your Lunax journey starts with a phone call (or a quick coffee if you fancy coming up to our offices in Welsh ICE. We'll chat about you, your business, and what you are trying to achieve.
Our Solution
Within a couple of days, we'll present our solution to you in a 'pick and mix' style format so you can choose the bits you'd like us to do.

If you're happy with the solutions and the quote, we'll then spend some time getting to know you and working out exactly what we'll be doing. We'll go through the 'what, why, where, who, and hows'.
Shake On It
Once we've agreed the services, we'll send over the contract for you to e-sign, and invoice for you to pay.

That's it. We're ready to start making the magic happen.

payment details

For one-off projects lasting more than one day, we charge a 50% deposit, and 50% on completion.

For one-off projects lasting less than one day, we charge 100% up front.

For ongoing retainers, we invoice up front, with the retainer date starting as soon as payment is made. We will then send you the second invoice 2 weeks later with 14 terms payment terms to secure your hours for the next month. For example, if you pay your first retainer invoice on the 1st of January, this secures January’s work. You’ll receive your invoice for February on the 15th of January, with payment being due at the end of January to secure February’s work.

We have implemented this pre-payment system to avoid late or non-payment – as a small business, you’ll understand how important this is.

Invoices will be sent by Alexis ([email protected]) and all finance and invoice queries should be directed to Alexis.

If you use Xero for your accounting, we can link up via our Xero key, to make invoicing smooth and simple.
